SITE TEAM CLINICIANS

Responsibilities include:

• Individual and family therapy
• Crisis response
• Clinical case management
• Psycho-educational group services

Responsibilities include:

• Providing social services to students and families who are chronically absent, truant, or suspended
• Working with families to identify and develop plans for self sufficiency
• Connecting families to necessary services
